TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES ON ESTETICADESIGNS.COM

All returns must be received by Estetica Designs within 30 days from the date of delivery.  No returns will be accepted on wig liners, liquids or brushes.

To be eligible for a return, all return merchandise must be:

  • Carefully packed in its original packaging as purchased
  • Tags must be completely intact in original condition
  • Wig must be unused, in its original condition
  • Wig must be clean and free of hair products, make up, perfume, etc.
  • Wig cannot be altered in any way including trimmed, cut or styled
  • Wig cannot be brushed out

To start a return, log into your account on esteticadesigns.com or click HERE and choose the order that you want to return. If your order had more than one item, select the items that you want to return. Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise requested, Estetica Designs ships all orders UPS ground delivery. Upon request, we will ship your order 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air. UPS also offers Saturday delivery at a premium price. Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order. Any refused shipments returned to Estetica Designs will result in a 15% service charge.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Should any order be damaged in shipping, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain an inspection report from your local UPS office
  2. Have UPS return the merchandise with receipt enclosed, back to Estetica Designs

Under no circumstance should merchandise be returned in any other way without consulting your salesperson.

RETURNS
Estetica Designs guarantees the quality of all merchandise. In the event of a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, upon approval, Estetica Designs will issue a call tag for merchandise to be sent back. At that time, a credit or exchange will be made. All returns must be received by Estetica Designs within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original invoice or be subject to a 15% restocking fee. NO RETURNS will be accepted by Estetica Designs WITHOUT PREAUTHORIZATION from your salesperson on merchandise that is more than SIXTY (60) DAYS from original invoice date, nor on items that are discontinued from our stock.

TRIAL ORDERS RETURN POLICY

  1. You have up to 60 days to return previewed new items
  2. Between 60–90 days a 15% restocking fee will be applied
  3. New item previews will not be accepted after 90 days

NO RETURNS will be accepted by Estetica Designs without a Return Authorization Number from your salesperson.

ANTI-SOCIAL FORCES
We refuse to supply to any buyer or any of their respective Subsidiaries (where applicable) where they:

  • Are or have been classified as an Anti-Social Group.
  • Have, or have had, any Anti-Social Relationship and/or
  • Engage, or have engaged, in Anti-Social Conduct, whether directly or indirectly through a third party.
