Hi Deb! We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with our liquid products. We keep the products in a cool, room temperature environment so the temperature change must have happened during the shipping process. How much conditioner was used when washing your wig? Typically, only a quarter sized amount is needed and once it is applied throughout the wig, should easily dissolve in the water. If you are putting the conditioner into a bowl of water first, prior to placing the wig into that water, we do gently swish the water to thoroughly mix.
